Just Getting Started With Your Journey?
First, to be eligible to compete for Miss Gay Pennsylvania America, you must:
-Be 21+
-Live or have lived in Pennsylvania for at least 60 days prior to the date of the city preliminary you are competing for
-Look over the MGPAA Handbook to ensure familiarity with the expectations, categories, and responsibilities
-Reach out to the state promoter, current titleholder, and/or chair liaison positions for advice and recommendations
-Look over the dates of prelims on the home menu or to the left to see which dates and locations make most sense to you
-For specific questions or advice, please reach out to Divinity Cruzz, our City Contestant and Titleholder Liaison at pserranovelez@gmail.com or on social media
-Once decided on which prelim you would like to compete for, contact the city level promoter to pay the $75 entry fee
-Once you pay the entry fee, the city level promoters will send you a copy of the Miss Gay Pennsylvania America Handbook, the City Preliminary Information Sheet (their document explaining the schedule with the mandatory call times, important words from the titleholder, if applicable, and any other necessary information), and the City Preliminary Contestant Google Form (the form you will fill out that the hosts and emcees will use to share your information during the pageant).
-Should you have any questions with any of the information that you receive, please reach out to the city level promoters or the current titleholders of that city (if applicable, please check the Preliminaries page for their names to reach out via social media)
